Pete Ravenhill

After 20 years as an equine stud vet, Pete became obsessed with equine dentistry. He now has a 100% equine dentistry caseload, split between routine and advanced cases and enjoys teaching equine dentistry to Vets and EDT’s, both on courses (including BEVA courses) and in daily practice.

Pete is a founder committee member of EVDA (Equine Veterinary Dental Association). His special interests are periodontal disease, minimally invasive extraction techniques, restorative dentistry and endodontic treatments. Pete is currently studying towards the CertAVP(Equine Dentistry) via Liverpool University and has recently co-authored a published paper on equine periodontal disease. He regularly holds advanced dental clinic days at Endells, Scott Dunns and Corner House.
